GECKO GALZ

It's February!

I don't know about you but we have had a very interesting
winter. Torrents of rain, freezing temps and now snow
and ice and I live in the deep South! We can't get out
of the house so what better way to spend  time....making
paper goodies with Gecko Galz new February designs!

Below are a few cards that I've made to show you a few of the
beautiful images.  Anything from adorable little girls
St. Patrick's day products are here.
Visit Gecko Galz for a look!

Friendship Card

Materials:
Gecko Galz Image from the "Little Darlings" collection
6x6 card base
card stock for mat

patterned paper
Frame die cut
flowers
ribbon
printer
corner piece

Directions:
Cover front  of the card base with mat leaving 1/8 inch around the edges. Cover mat with printed paper leaving a 1/8 inch around the edges, distress the edges I used Fairy Bella Papers from Jodie Lee. Tape a ribbon around the left vertical edge of the patterned paper. I copied the patterned paper just to get another set of butterflies. I
cut them out and placed them on top of the other. Make them a tiny bit smaller so you get a better 3-D look.
Cut a frame from a decorative die and place the distressed image on it. For the sentiment I cut a journaling circle from the Jodie Lee papers and stamped it.
I placed flowers on the upper left and a decorative corner piece on the upper right. On the inside of the card I placed another Jodie Lee page and a journaling card in the center of the page.
